Next IntakePlease see the Intake Calendar for intake dates in 2008. Attending Round LakeRound Lake Treatment Centre offers an intensive residential treatment program focused on First Nations' culture. It is not a detox centre. If you are interested in attending treatment at Round Lake, you must be referred by a recognized alcohol and drug abuse counsellor, mental health counsellor, or family counsellor. We require all clients to be free from alcohol and drugs for a minimum of 14 days prior to admission (preferably longer), have a pre-admission medical examination, and have had at least six previous sessions with a counsellor. Your counsellor can complete our referral package with you and submit it to our Intake Coordinator to book your admission date. For our methadone intake, please view our intake schedule. We book on a first-come-first-served basis, and only upon the receipt of a complete application. Round Lake Treatment Centre is open to persons of First Nations origin as well as people of all nations. All clients must be a minimum of 19 years old. We do not take clients who are sexual offenders. Treatment Program Specifics
